Something about an Australian accent discussing sports performance just gets me in the zone!

What a guy. His major motivators right now are to train hard enough and be good enough at the tail end of his peak to be able to support an up and comer with a lot of potential. Hats off to you, mate. You’ve cracked the code

@17:45 haha vo2max at high 70's in the off season and he is a bit fat 😅 to low 90's in season when he is more fit.... I absolutely love these completely crazy guys in the top of triathlon.

Wurfie winning Kona would be so cool and amazing. And Lionel keep pushing and peaking in 4 years closer in the age Frodo was when he took the wr. Love to see Wurfie keep going in the top at least 5 years more!

Lionel: A great KZbin personality and will never ever put it together when it counts against a great field. He isn't the most talented by a long shot and certainly the most detrimental to his own results. Cam: Listen to smart people, remain coachable and keep consistent. He also isn't the most talented, but gets the most out of everything. He shows up and turns up at the big show. And he is actually likeable.

Cam's story in Lachlan's Thereabouts Reprise film with Gus is so good. That was where I first learned about Cam and have been a fan since.

I commented on the podcast you had with Michael Chernow on trying to stay sober. Fast forward to today and I have not relapsed:). My next goal is getting a job (after getting fired), continue running daily, and work my sobriety program. God bless everyone. And I started/continued my KZbin channel :)

The only reason Peter Attia is relevant is he is constantly speculating, and presenting it with the highest level of confidence that people think he’s stating facts

Father hear my prayers. I’m a single mother. Both of my sons are special needs, and require much from me but I know God will give me the strength and courage that I need to continue to keep going. So while I struggle to buy groceries and while I struggle to pay rent. I will keep faith. Always. Amen Praise God!💕💕

Cam is an impressive talent and inspirational. However dude needs to invest in some skin care regime. Being outside training like that for 20+ years has left him look very weathered.
