I don't understand how richtoffen could even have memories of the old timeline. I'm pretty sure the child version of Eddie hadn't experienced any of the stuff that all ultimus or Primus Richthofen had experienced.

​@Commander-Bacara26 personally for me i liked chaos during bo4 and wanted to see it return, not come back as a means to further the current story. Sure some parts of it are interesting, but I'm not a fan of the chaos story now being linked with the dark aether story.

Eddie is sub consciously resurrecting other richtofen thru the aether, and thru universes as a fail safe richtofen built in, and the sentinel artifact is going to bring it alllllllll back when turned on. Without anyone's help. This ricthofen will think he's getting his family and suddenly richtofen will pop thru a portal.

TGR, I noticed something which may or may not be of significance to THE MANSION zombies map, it has something to do with the scene where Richtofen is fighting zombies to get to the elevator and he puts his hand on the access panel to activate/call the elevator but it denies his hand.... a few seconds later he smashes a zombies head into the panel and it goes green..... My thought was maybe because our Operators wont be able to access that elevator straight away, we will have to smash a zombies head into the panel? or maybe find the right zombie to do it?

I'm predicting that Richtofen's original plan was to bring his wife and son back, but he is now in the Dark Aether. He will learn about his past experiences in the original multiverse, thus deciding to bring back what once was. Just a theory though.

Any connection between Richtofen having the "blue" baron memorabilia on his desk, past child Richtofen wants blue eyes, we shoot down a " red" baron in origins with zombie blood and the next map could be a origins callback. Maybe I'm in the rabbithole too far...

Everyone complaining about the story needs to realize that we did this to ourselves. When treyarch brought chronicles, everyone bought it, when they tried chaos, people rejected it. Then, they accepted it later on after they realized it was decent but it was too late. Aether story started out so boring too, just be patient.

They were never in the house in BO4. During the broken cycle their souls never made it to Agartha. That was only after Gorod Krovi, which never happened because we went to Blood of the Dead. That's why nobody talks about it.

they weren't. In the broken cycle, they were never sent to the house and the souls were still within the summoning key, alongside the shadowman. This only applies to Dempsey and Takeo though, as Nikolai kept his soul in the broken cycle.

No one missed it, In the Broken Timeline they never went to get Nikolai's soul so the Souls of both Takeo and Dempsey never got sent to the house so it's only Eddie and Sam.
