I'm feeling old now. I can remember getting his hockey card in a pack, still have it. I can remember him coaching the Sherbrooke Jets. I can still see him standing next to coach Barry Long behind the bench in the 84-85 season. I remember he took a swing at Tim Hunter as a coach in a brawl 😂 I missed his first head coaching win by one game, saw his second win on Feb 19th 1989 on Bobby Hull night at the old barn. Still have the paper from that game. You had a hell of a career, enjoy the time. As a side note, Rick has to be one of the last people in the NHL that was connected to the the Atlanta Flames.
