-13 degrees in the NW suburbs of Chicago at 1:30 am...this is the air temp, not the temp with the windchill. It's so cold my German Shepherd doesn't even want to go out to pee and with her fur coat (dont worry people, it's vintage fur - LOL) she's dressed for the weather and wants nothing to do with outside. Love all the footage you shared and I'll be checking the rest out on Patreon!

We're in San Antonio, Texas we had a low of 18 last night and colder temps tonight..with a windchill of 5 . It is so cold it takes 30 minutes to warm up after you get into the house. We had to bring in all our huge potted plants to try to save them. You guys have fun,,,Tell Vickie I love her!

I was in Chicago 2019 January during the polar vortex-40. It was crazy. Threw a glass of water and the water froze in the air. 5 attempts for the flight to leave that night. 2 attempts the plane had to go back and de-ice. 3rd attempt they had to refuel. 4th attempt the crew timed out. 5th attempt at 1:00am…we took off from a 7:00 scheduled flight. I was losing my mind!!!

Born and raised in Montana and still here. Yes, 70 degrees below zero with the wind chill. We stay inside for the most part. We did a grocery run. If you stay out in the weather for longer than 15 minutes you can get frostbite.

When I lived in Alaska it (Northway) got down to -78 but it does not have moisture, so it does not feel that cold, but if you were wet anywhere on your body. It would freeze that body part instantly.

Here in Central Illinois, we got down to - 10 degrees with -35 degree wind chills. Brrrrr. The winds were trying to break down my doors. My kitchen is so cold. I blocked off windows, etc but still cold in there. The old heaters in my apartment were having a hard time keeping up. Currently at 4:13 am, it is -7 degrees out with a -25 degree wind chill. 🥶🥶🥶🥶 The heaters are like the Little heaters that could "I think I can, I think I can".
