It’s not about working for free, it’s about driving up engagement and building a decent following. Most people won’t go out their way to follow you on random platforms that’s why celebs and content creators stay on free platforms and save the more premium content for behind a paywall. They need a PR expert to show them how to grow their following and have an editor to make sure they don’t break KZbin rules, because they definitely not being “censored” they just keep breaking copyright rules.

Is that PEA GRAVOL or 3/4 clear crushed stone around your trees? Sometimes plants don’t like to be surrounded by rocks or mulch. They may come back. Rake stones away from roots, top up with new soil, feed and water, water, water.

Hi Rick & Kelly, ever considered getting podocarpus plants instead of ficus. I live in south Florida and have a wall of podos all around my fence so you don’t see the wood paneling. It’s less maintenance and hardier than ficus and really look beautiful when they grow close together. Our HOA has it around the walls of our our subdivision and it’s beautiful.

Also, first two weeks of planting the ficus they need to be watered daily and do it either at night or early morning. Avoid mid day or anytime it’s hot so the plant can retain water. Same goes for your sprinkler system. Hope this helps. Good luck!

My guess is that your dried up ficus are probably the ones getting the most direct sunlight throughout the day, and not enough water to counteract it. I live in AZ and the same thing happened to my ficus that are facing the west. My other ficus are fine. Our landscaper increased our water to run for one hour, twice a day. We’ll keep it like this throughout the summer. Good luck!

You guys..... My fridge (LG, 2 yrs old) needs a compressor too! Just before I was expecting 5 people overnight this past Saturday. What a nightmare. Still waiting for the part. I use bags of ice all over my fridge and freezer. It's keeping the few things left, cool. Also my dryer went too! within a day of each other. There is definitely some kind of planet retrograde going on.... Plus, they aren't making appliances like they used to. My grandma had her fridge for 40 years before we sold it. (I bet it still works to this day)

As I have previously stated What is meant by built-in obsolescence? : the practice of making or designing something (such as a car) in such a way that it will only be usable for a short time so that people will have to buy another one. Compressors have a 10 warranty here in Australia. Now to your ficus situation. I planted 10 across my property & 10 in the front of my driveway. When I planted I put fertiliser with good soil. They were 90 centimetres when planted & now stand 6 metres high. That was with no water after a weeks & hot summer temperatures in hot ass Queensland. From your photos It doesn’t look there is ample enough soil nor space for a ficus. Not here to judge but if you look at the amount of soil I’m not sure there is enough there. Im no expert just going from the photos. My problem now is I have to leave a ladder out for my gardener to trim 😂
