27:00 Regarding prize money, people don’t watch sports for the money that the pros earn, in the same way that most people don’t go to a concert with knowledge of the per event earnings of the band members. People watch sports and music and theater for the storylines, the feelings, and the vibrations. Because in the end, particular to golf, you the fan can’t share in the prize money, but you can share in the storylines with the players. And if you are there in person, you can be a part of the storyline.

Obvious answer....$5M. The point is everyone wants to make more money, no matter if you make $30k, $300k, $3M or $30M a year. If you have more, you spend more, and you want more. It doesn't stop because you already have "a lot" of money.

It felt for most of the round that as long as Viktor missed, it didn’t matter too much if Rory missed. That’s the vibe Sky gave off. Too much was made of this ‘matchplay’ between the two and by the time everyone realised that might not be the case, it was too late. On LIV golf, there’s so many elements. But the one thing I just don’t think they’ll ever have is a sense of prestige in their events. You can’t manufacture that out of thin air-that takes decades. When Rick said, after he had dechambeau on the podcast (he was constantly ragging on him before that, as he usually does with everybody) that the win koepka had against Bryson didn't ment anything and completely devalued it (I bet my life savings he wouldn't say the same had it gone the other way around),was that nice?Even last week after Adam Scott was on "ADAM SCOTT IS MY NEW FAVOURITE GUEST ",was that nice, when Tommy Fleetwood sat all day with them and went playing on the rain for his video?I used to love Ricky's content but over the years his true self showed himself and it's not pretty, an egotistical, toxic personality that will throw anyone he knows under the bus for a couple hundred subscribers or views. He's hooking up with the gg guys now because he's scared shitless that they're coming for him, he wants info on editing,he refused to even talk about them before the massive rapid growth and when he did was in a condescending way, pretending he didn't know who micah was and claiming he could take anyone on KZbin when he shoots 10 over on average. Look at the pettiness of renting the VIP lounge to try and get revenge on koepka, that's the level of ego we're talking about. Can't wait to watch good good breeze past him, because IT'LL HAPPEN, Ricky boy will buy valium by the truckload.

You’re on the right side of the Koepka beef with Good Good coming to play. They played with Bryson about six months ago. Can’t wait for the vids to come out!!!!

That’s something Brooks would do. Curious to know if he genuinely didn’t know you or he did and just doesn’t like you.

Excited to see the Collab videos with Good Good. I've been watching you for longer and enjoy both content but I really do like what they are doing with golf. They are showing what golf can be like. It can be extremely fun, especially when played with friends. Golf is seen as this serious semi mundane sport for a lot but they add a lot of fun to it while still keeping the etiquette of the game in tact. I hope you Enjoy recording with them and hope you are on your best game, you're gonna need it 😉

So for the record, Rick’s company is 33% owned by Performance 54 who are also owned by the Saudi PIF fund. It won’t be long before Rick is pushing LIV

Was my first Open, went with my Dad, so very special and we could only get tickets for the Wednesday which to be honest was class. Did hear people talking about you lads, gutted I missed you. Saw Matt Fryer but didn’t stop him because he looks raging all the time 😂

With the DP Tour now a junior/feeder tour for the PGA, it seems to make sense that DP Tour players would jump to the LIV tour.

It’s a job man. If you got a job offer for way more than you currently make it’s not a bad idea to take the opportunity.
