Hi I’m Rick Shiels, welcome to my channel RickShielsPGAGolf. This KZbin channel is designed to help you play better golf, also to help you enjoy your golf more!
I specialise in golf club reviews, golf club unboxing, golf club news, golf club head to heads, and all about golf clubs.
I also want to make you play better golf by providing coaching video on all topics about golf, how to fix your slice, fix your hook, help you drive the golf ball longer, hit your irons more pure, hit your irons closer to the hole and help you draw and fade your golf shots.
I will also help you lower your score by chipping better by stopping you duff and thin chips, pitch the ball closer and also create backspin. Also I will provide you help to putt better and hole more putts!
On this channel I also make fun and entertaining golf content based on crazy and sometimes “gimmicky” golf clubs. I like to cut through the marketing hype about products and I like to give you the honest truth about golf equipment.

FP’s putter was HOT!!! But somewhere on this day his approach shots sprung a leak and the shots were spraying right. He is known for throwing darts but not today. Rick was killing it off the tees. Made for a great video and I would think three under on a course neither had played before is darn respectable. Thanks for the content Rick……and of course FP.

This series really takes me back to my time studying abroad at the University of St Andrews. It was spring so it stayed light very late into the night. I was finishing up a round on the Eden course by myself and in the beautiful twilight haze I heard bagpipes off in the distance... it was surreal. It's bringing a tear to my eye just typing it. I miss you St Andrews, everyday... but we''ll see each other again someday.

Rick. I just played 9 holes with my son and had my first hole in one on a par 3 172 yards. I start watching your video and you FP start on a 171 par 3. I was hoping one you would get a hole in one . Took trip to Scotland mid July! Played the Castle, Jubilee, New Course, Eden, and Strathtyrum! All were a blast. Didn't hit the lottery to play the Old Course but walked the bridge...EPIC! Also, gotta hit short of the greens and roll up! Attacking the greens is a huge mistake! Otherwise, best trip/vaca ever! Must do for all golfers! Enjoy!

I like how FP doesn't try to be anyone but himself. It's refreshing. He can get "diplomatic" at times, but he'll always give you his real self eventually. The best "influencers" are un-apologetically themselves in front of the camera. People gravitate to genuineness, which is why people love Bob Does Sports. They aren't trying to be "network" frauds.
