Do you love the new album? Was it a big band? Have you seen her before? Was Sal with her? When I saw the "Evening of My Best Day" tour she had a large, stellar band, just kick ass! She was so on! I saw her again toward the end of the tour with a smaller band and she was just as good, just different. What an amaZing singer, a true artist, unique, no one like her, arcane. Was this your first time seeing her?

No, it's the only one I don't have. I loved "Evening", but I love them all. I think "Flying Cowboys" is one of my top five albums ever. How long was the show? I don't suppose you have a set list?

She's one of the few originals, and she doesn't blow jive, but the sound is so muddy, her last couple of CD's have been this way. I liked the cleaner, sharper sound of her earlier recordings. And she's dressed like a bag lady, love her hair but lose the clothes. She's an iconoclast, which I can respect, but keep it simple

She did do drugs for a while. Not gonna deny it and neither would she. When she first toured here for 'Pirates' (still my favourite album and so underrated) she was two hours late then did 45 minutes. But you have to do something right to last 30 years and keep fans as loyal as I am, and believe me I've become so cynically jaded after 20 years in the biz myself that it's a wonder anybody can move me like she still does.
