Let me tell you. Reading novels is not counted. The readers knows what they read and they are trying to change the mind and obviously readers are not in this mindset. I can see you are not a better reader

I am the best reader in the world (positive words).😎 Just a few minutes ago, I read that calling out habits will help (Atomic Habits). And now I am calling out - My hands automatically go to shorts. This is bad and harmful for my future self and survival. I have to stop it. 😎😎

Indeed, a great effort by @RickKettner. Thanks. You gave us to add our choices were awesome since it's a personal experience. The best book for a person is a choice may derive out of that person's self development needs of the time and ability to understand the advice as intended by its author or much more by the reader's self reflections. Simon Sinek's Start with Why is also an interesting book in this regard. The Four Hour Work Week by Tim Ferriss can also penetrate our minds. I also recommend, The One Thing by Gary W. Keller and Jay Papasan. So, the list can be endless. Have a great time!
