Never has been. But today, even admitted by the teams, the car is ATLEAST 80% of the performance. There are also fewer drivers today that can make a bad car better since they are so heavily dependant on tech instead of raw driving skill. The man is a legend. He speaks from the heart, has humor and is simply a GOD behind the wheel. He rarely uses dirty tricks compared to some other legends and when he does it is indeed a bit stupid because he doesn't need to. He can easily smoke them the 'woke' way as well. Take into account the way he has been raised, drilled in fact to become a Schumacher like driver by his dad, which was the team mate and friend of Schumacher. Only a shame that his dad didn't know that Max would become SO good that he wouldn't need any dirty tricks. He is an angel compared to Schumacher actually. Anyone that followed Schumacher all his career can certainly confirm.

Max may well be my favorite driver forever just because of Brazil. My opinion means exactly jack shit but Brazil was the first F1 race i’ve watched live and to watch max cruise through everything on the track was simply lovely. That race has completely hooked me on F1 and now I’ve been binging all the content I can for the last week. This channel has been one of the best finds so far 😅

13:49 This specifically is why I started disliking Lando. Lando fans are saying "well it's taken out of context" , Lando is still downplaying Maxs win. And then when you look at Miami 2024, Max even DEFENDED you when you had a little bit of luck on your side. What Max did was standing up for his friend, what Lando did in the same situation was whining because he's salty. Lando isn't a rookie anymore, he really needs some coaching when it comes to dealing with frustration & the media.

Either way he needs a PR team and / or training to make sure that he doesn't say things that are able to be taken "out of context" as the Lando fangirls like to say. Meanwhile they don't realize Lando shouldn't be saying things like this no matter what.
