That’s one the biggest things I hated about 8th gen was how much storage games took up you couldn’t play certain games anymore because the lack of space vs with 7th gen and before you could play as many games as you wanted no problem

Stalker original trilogy is really good . Play shadow of Chornobyl and Clear sky . Call of Prypiat as you like .

you do know it only takes about 180 gb's right? The only reason it'd take 500 is because you have bo6, mw3, mw2 + warzone and dmz downloaded. Uninstall mw3 and mw2 multiplayer and campaign. Plus if you already played bo6 campaign. You can delete it to.

Wtf? What are those comparisons? BG3, POE 1&2, Black Myth: Wukong... These are every bit as valid titles as you've described, but take up more space than every other title mentioned when individually compared. Dragon's Dogma 2? You don't have to search the bottom of the barrel to find large capacity games that aren't dog shit. Try looking from the top of the list next time? My point is that modern games take up more space, and there isn't a universe I'd trade any of those games for the 15~20 old ass games I grew up playing. Maybe you're just younger than me, and haven't played them before. I could understand that, but I've been waiting my whole life for gaming to be what it is today. I want the highest quality games I can find, and there are plenty that there is no need to play old games. All of these games offer legitimately hundreds of hours of entertainment each on a single purchase, and if you so wished to push the boundry, thousands of hours wouldn't be an understatement.
