I’m one of those Americans who thinks WE are the repressed country and should get over ourselves. People who say “ oh you get that British humor. I don’t understand what’s funny ..” I run the other way. I think the joke’s in us - being so prim and proper must mean the English language isn’t mangled or grammar unimportant. I was raised by writers and sticklers when I made the mistakes I don’t make now but hear newscasters using further and farther were and was incorrectly and it’s nutty that nobody cares or if I bring it up I’m missing the point. No that’s basic the point does not suffer if made using correct grammar. Oh absolutely adore the animated Ricky Gervais show with little round headed buffoon Karl. Christopher Guest may not be British but his movies get it and Ricky Gervais is terrific in ‘For your consideration’ as a promoters who asks the writers of Home for Purim to ‘just tone down the Jewish NESS a little ...’.

Kris Yonehara who cares?
@Krivokrasov10 жыл бұрын
MAnnaconduit1 Well I do, I want to live in a world where we call people by their right names.
@iwannabeanarwhal10 жыл бұрын
Kris Yonehara That would be a boring world. Imagine if we had to say Katy Hudson instead of Katy Perry, or Allen Konigsberg instead of Woody Allen, or Cornelius Crane Chase instead of Chevy Chase. It would be chaotic.

Because the video uploader had it in bad quality. You really think TV transmitted pixilated bad quality images in the 90s!? TV quality had always been clear, it’s the people uploading bad quality videos.
