I would reccomend a two-stage approach at this point. Initially, don't laugh. Subsequently, make a note of his name, and, if you are looking for a good laugh, avoid him.

What I like about Ricky is he is not intimidated by the left woke and is able to mock without fear as comedy originates from dark things that happen which in order to deal with humour is applied. I have worked in some pretty awful places and dark humour is a way of coping. Take this away and impose a left wing woke mindset and what kind of a society do we get.
