To be able to do a stand up show for over 1 hour and not even mess up any jokes with such in depth and expansive content it quite frankly incredible. I don’t think people realise how much practise that would take to memorise all those jokes and stories. Especially when you have only a few chances to look at notes throughout the show.

@Silver0Tree
@Silver0Tree 5 жыл бұрын
@@stevenmcguinness4751 I think it's down to the extreme sensitivity of sharks' sense of smell rather than the movement of blood. In other words, the blood can stay right where it is, the shark's senses are strong enough to detect it from a long distance away.

A bunch of Nietzsche's work was published after he died, and his aunt edited it a bit to be pro-Nazi, at the time. He may have been annoyingly cryptic, and he may have gone mad from syphilis and refused to eat and died from it, but it was his sister's edits that made all the famous catch phrases

One part in a billion sounds great, but in the ocean, 1 drop of blood is say 1ml, so a billion parts would be 1million litres, which is about 1000 m3 of water, so a cube of water 10 meters each side. So a shark can detect a drop of blood from roughly 10 meters away. I think you can see the damn shark a lot farther than that !

Sharks smell blood on the ocean current, If you threw bait into the sea and there was a shark 1/4 mile away it wouldnt instantly come over it could take 30minutes before that shark smells it.

MonkeySeeMonkeyDoo? You're wrong dude. Smell travels at the speed of light. Try walking and farting - notice how it hasn't even left your arse and you can already smell it. And don't give me water makes it more difficult.... Fart in the bath and not only is it the same speed but also more intense! That shark would be over in a heartbeat

@@BoBSmith-jz5dm yeah but ya know, to think the universe encompasses everything, you know, LITERALLY EVERYTHING, even perhaps 'sub-universes' (multiverse stuff and all), well then it kinda begs to wonder, if the ultimate container is expanding, it is expanding in what ? But nevertheless, if it is a biggest container, it is still contained in something. So expansion or not ? Perhaps we are no better than the Adolph misinterpreting Nietzsche.
