It has to be like that, like it or not. Otherwise, where would be the limit? And who would draw that? Who would say where? Imo more problems than good.. Have to remember, it is comedy. It is to make fun. Words do not harm, it is all on the listener this one.. Fine, one gets offended. So what? His/hers problem. Everything has to be open. Then it is judged by who can and who cant. Them who can, people go see. Them who cant.. well soon enough they are out. Problem solved.

Gervais really is one of the most brilliant comedians of our time. From large works like The Office to lesser known productions (especially in America) like An Idiot Abroad and all of the hours of recorded podcast material he has with Steve Merchant and Karl Pilkington. The cosmos was aligned perfectly the day Ricky Gervais met Karl Pilkington. Ricky knew the lightning in a bottle he had found with Karl and had the producing connection to bring Karl from out of his home doing DIY and to the public eye. Then there’s Ricky’s more philosophical works like The Invention of Lying. He was brought up in poverty and has made his legacy in the form of millions in donations to various charities, but his more impressive contribution that has reached far more people has been the priceless gift of laughter that will continue to give long after he’s gone. And he does it all while being an offensive ass or an immature child. Absolutely brilliant. And much of it stemmed from a rule he shared with his brother which was more or less to the effect of, “If you think of something funny, you have to say it.” He knows there a huge difference between doing or saying something horrible and making a joke about something that’s horrible. That’s an area many comedians are scared to navigate for fear of backlash, but in all the time I’ve been following him, he’s never deviated from the rule he shared with his brother.

@charlieblacc43168 жыл бұрын
Lewis Pollard Dude i know what happened i'm not complaing. But there's a lot of stuff that you don't mention in your comment: such as at the time we were suffering a military dictatorship and they were losing power, and people were beginning to rebel against that goverment so they use the war to appeal to the argentinian pride (or some bullshit like that). And then to the war who they sent: 18 year olds who never use a gun before. And what it's worse the guns didnt even worked, or the airplaines. So all i'm i saying is don't fucking talk if you don't all the sides of the story.
@charlieblacc43168 жыл бұрын
Bilal khalid mirza Because in that war, (the people who were in charge of argentina: a military dictatorship) send 18 year olds to fight with guns and airplaines that didn't work. So if something like that happens in a war that your country goes, well you end up pretty fucking "cross".
@tesstickle72678 жыл бұрын
Charlie Kawaii im well aware. i doubt your current president is any better,all politicians and dictators are the same. either way it's down to the people of argentina to stop it from happening a 2nd time. next time won't just end with retaking the falklands,the usa and nato will even get involved so yeah it would be the end of argentina. the uk can do it alone but it's duty of nato members to protect other members. fingers crossed it doesn't happen and everyone is allowed to live in peace. the same happened in Germany when the nazis forced germans to fight (always vote anti establishment!)
