I think something important that a lot of people over look is also not having some sort of a exit plan after you get to a “successful Place in being an agent. The truth of the matter is that even if you build a business of referrals or whatever the music stops when you stop. Your the business you are the service people are calling you cus they want to work with you not the company. When you get older now you got a bigger problem. The exit.
