Thanks, Chef Ricky. One thing I couldn't figure it out for years was how could I prevent the steak from turning very cold, especially in winter, after resting? A kitchen lamp was very expensive though.

After resting before you serve. Just put the steak back into a very very hot pan, quickly sear 15 seconds on both sides…done! 😋😋😋😋🍷🍶🥃🥂
