My phone was working great one minute and not the next. Great signals. Talking and texting fine. But no wifi connection. Checked all the settings. Even cleared them and reset them. Finally, I did the "Forget the Network". Turned phone OFF and then back ON. It found the network again, entered the code and IT WAS FIXED!!! Thanks.

I would like to say thank you to the author/creator of this video. I was so sad i thought my phone was broken. Then i watched this video and i immediatley fixed the problem.
