SC878-01 ( Service Manual) USB flash error , There is a problem in the file system of the USB flash memory. USB Flash system files corrupted Replace the controller board. Advice from RICOH SUPPORT: At first try with HDD formatting. If not solved, Then Update firmware of The device, If not solved then need to replace Controller board, Thank you sir.
