Ricoh MPC color copier touch screen replacement

Thanks mister Hudson you have a happy follower with a new and working touch screen. This is the 3e time I watch you video's to repair my Ricoh mpc 2000. My copier make great scans en prints but the copies are gray and vague. Do you have for this problem also a solutition? Thanks again Kees van Breukelen The Netherlands

Hadley, please my Ricoh MPC 5000 run into black screen problem and the light under start button gets on what is the problem please.

Use WIM and check for SC 202 codes.

Sorry for the delay! In your search bar type in your IPaddress for your copier and the web monitor page will appear. Login admin and no password. Now you will be able to see if there is a Service Code on your printer.
