This is very good thank you very much. I still have an underlying terror of the whole process, but we are all in the same boat here so thank you for making it a little more easier to cope with.

Could you please create videos on the infrastructure pathway? Many people are struggling to find materials and information about successful councillors in this area. Online, we mostly see content focused on the Quantity Surveyor and Construction pathways, but not on infrastructure or other pathways. This is a personal request from estimators; detailed videos on the infrastructure pathway, along with a Q&A section, would be a great help. Thank you🙏

Thank you so much for your videos, I was feeling completely overwhelmed by the whole process, your advise has really helped. I work for a Main Contractor and have no one in the office to ask for advice, so thank you. You note that you have 2 example submissions in the link below, when I click the link and add my details, it says “Please check your inbox to access your APC learning materials!”. I have not received the email, (I have checked my junk folder also, is it possible I could find it elsewhere, or could you email me the link if I supplied my email address please? Thanks so much.

Thanks for your video, it's really helpful for the candidate to appreciate the depth and breath of the preparation works to enroll the MRICS. I have a question regarding statement of competence. @13:02, I notice the candidate provided the statement for all 3 levels against the competence of Conduct Rules, Ethics and Professional advice. I thought we just have to prepare the statement for that particular level's competency only, without demonstrating the lower level of knowing and doing. Is that really the RICS requirement that if the required competence is level 3 the candidate must write the statement for both 2 lower levels too? The allowed words is 1500 for all of the 9 mandatory competencies ( 1 to Level 3, 3 to Level 2 and 7 to Level 1). In average, the statement for each competency should not exceed 166 words, which is unlikely for anyone to cover the 3 levels competence. Also, is it necessary to provide the date of achieving the competency? You clarification is greatly appreciated.

Thank you for the videos. Shall we write all of the levels 1,2,3 for which is RICS required level 3. for example Ethics, Rules of Conduct and professionalism? Or we only need to write level 3 for it? thank you again!
@RICSAPCGUIDE3 жыл бұрын
Hi there you only need to write to the specific level. For example at level 1 you need to write about your knowledge and understanding. For level 2 you need to reference examples of your practical experience. And for level 3 you need to reference examples of when you have provided advice. If you need any more information on this please let me know. Many thanks

Very informative content. Do you support APC candidates as a counsellor during the structured training?

Hi and thank you for the support. Unfortunately we do not act as APC counsellors but if you have any queries at all relating to the APC, please post these within the comments section of the channel and we will try to support as much as possible. Many thanks and best of luck with your APC.

Hi Dear, Under each competency, should we need to write more deeply and big peras? please advice.
@RICSAPCGUIDE3 жыл бұрын
Hi there, for the mandatory competencies there is a word count limit of 1,500 words and 4,000 words for the technical competencies. If you use the link in the description of the video there are some example submissions you can use to judge the level of detail needed. Many thanks

Hi mate many thanks for the video, the book, and the templates. I was just wondering for filling out the log book days, what if I have split days between projects. I can only choose to log 0.5 days or 1 day towards thinks. How do i handle this?
@RICSAPCGUIDE2 жыл бұрын
Hi thanks for your message. Yes to confirm just break down into half days, any more than this and it becomes too much of an hourly logging exercise. Hope that helps and best of luck.
