I think the algorithm is really latching onto this one! There’s a lot I find fascinating in this video, like the Chief being a motorbike officer obviously but also I don’t think I’ve ever actually seen a video featuring a motorbike officer at all! Very cool! One question I do have is, if the chief doesn’t know how to use the electronic ticket system/software/whatever), how does he know it’s a good fit for his officers? Is it just positive feedback from the officers themselves? Nice to meet you, CSPS!
@coralspringspublicsafety3 ай бұрын
Great question, our agency prides itself on equipping our officers with the latest technology and equipment. With that, we have different committees that test out the gear and provide feedback to their peers and command staff. The Chief will take that feedback and ultimately decide if it’s something the department should move forward with.

It is amazing the Chief is out there leading from the front like this. I know it is not possible for command staff to work the streets on a regular basis in most agencies. However, it is always important to get back to your roots and realize we are all here to support the patrol function. Doing things like this motivates all the officers to work harder and follow the example being set. I wish this was a common thing, but it is not.+
