Ride the SOUTH SHORE LINE, train 28, Riverdale to Hyde Park, Illinois on May 24, 2024

It’s the evening of Friday, May 24, 2024, aboard South Shore Line train 28, which operates from South Bend International Airport (Indiana) to Millennium station, Chicago, Illinois.
We’re looking out the rear vestibule of the rear car, commencing at Riverdale, Illinois on the South Shore Line and ending at the 55th, 56th, 57th street, Hyde Park station on Metra’s University Park Suburban District line.
Along the way we see other South Shore Line trains heading in the opposite direction and also several Metra Electric line trains.
Our consist is four Nippon Sharyo single level electric multiple unit cars.
