Why is the sun in your face on Hwy 29 if you rode down Hwy 16. Seems more like you rode down on Hwy 281.

No we didn’t take 281. On the way down we took Hwy 16 to Hwy 29, then took FM 2341 off of 29 to Inks Lake State Park which is heading west into the sun. We took 281 on the way home to outrun a storm that was blowing in.

@@athrottleholic 2341 goes to Canyon of the Eagles. Up along side of Lake Buchanan. It's a nice ride too! I think you may have taken Park Road 4 off 29.... It's all good!

@@Doodad2 You know you are correct! 4 then runs into 2341. It was my first time riding down there

@Athrottleholic Actually, Park Road turnes into 2342 if you go straight instead of to the left towards Longhorn Caverns. That runs into RR1431 at Kingsland. I live in Kingsland. Let me know if you plan on coming back. I can show you some great roads in the area. I have a hard time remembering all those numbers, too! (Smile)
