Very nice review ,surprised it's weight for actual size of bike. Is adding an extra battery something that all e bikes can be done with?

Unfortunately, the Roadster V2 has been discontinued. Supposedly the V3 is on the horizon.

There has been debate as to whether or not this bike has a throttle, with some reviewers stating that the bike has a throttle, and others saying it doesn't. So I reached out to Ride1Up for clarification about this, and according to them, older production units did not have a throttle, but newer production units do. I got my bike at a discount, so I can only assume it is "New Old Stock" which is why it didn't have a throttle. I hope that clears things up!

Great bike, incredible value. Good video review. This beautiful ebike is now discontinued. I take issue with giving this bike only 4 1/2 stars because of the lack of a kickstand. Come on! That's like devaluing a classic car because it doesn't have cup holders! What exactly are your priorities!?!

They must have mis-reported. It definitely does not have a throttle.

Well, after doing a little digging, maybe some do have a throttle. I looked at Ride1up's website, and the control screen pictured on their website is different than the control screen on my bike. But mine definitely does not have a throttle.
