Can you please tell me what is the lowest height the bike seat can go? I have a 5ft tall wife and was wondering if she can ride this.

This became my daughter's bike because it can accommodate short riders! She's 4'11", and With the seat at its lowest setting, she rides this with no problems, and can stand flat footed when stopped. She said it's the most comfortable bike she's ever ridden. It ended up working out better for her than the Lectric XP lite, because when we would set the seat low enough for her to reach the ground, it put her too close to the pedals, and she had too much bend to her legs (On the Lectric). This bike has been perfect for her!

Im so confused trying to buy one on amazon, the descriptions contradict themselves by stating a 23-28MPH top speed, while the product images state a 35MPH top speed. Also, the seller offers two different models of what looks like the standard M614 shown in the video, but one magically has a 1100w motor and the other doesn’t, yet for pretty much the exact same price. Seems weird to me

Yes, there is a thumb throttle on the left side.

It's a thumb throttle on the left side right under the pedal assist controls. The bike will peak out at the top speed with throttle only, but it will accelerate faster with using pedal assist. Acceleration isn't bad with throttle only, but it's much better with pedal assist. If you have any other questions that I didn't cover, just let me know.
