The alleged owner of the motorcycle parked in front of the fire hydrant, left a comment on my Facebook page: "Akin yang beat nayan, ginagawa kalsada namen kaya jan nakapark bobo kaba anong what on earth are they thinking" He then went on to say the MMDA have no consideration 🤦‍♂ I guess he either doesn't know how quickly a fire can spread, or perhaps he doesn't care. Because even 30 seconds wasted in moving his motorcycle, could make a HUGE difference to how many houses are burned down. I hope he could have consideration for everyone that could be affected by parking in front of a fire hydrant.

If I'm not mistaken, there are some who gets attached to a tow bar, lifting either front or back. Some gets entirely pulled onto a flat bed, getting dragged onto it. But its not too significant compared to getting dragged entirely with parked gear and brake both engaged.

If you can’t afford a vehicle at full price, a house with a parking space that does not obstruct the road, can’t understand simple traffic rules or have a very mediocre job that just the basis of your limited intellect, then maybe you should not own one. In UK if you see 2 yellow lines on the road just beside the pavement it means no parking. Just a suggestion for the Philippine Government and there is a round the clock for enforcer going around to give tickets. Car is mandatory to put under their names when they buy it for personal use so they can receive the mail by post for further actions.

It's always the usual "Ikaw na mali, ikaw pa matapang 🤦 Really ticket violations should include disrespecting traffic enforcers and be given 3 days jail time or 3 days seminar on proper conduct on driving and etiquette. And 100 hours of community service. The enforcers are doing their job and making sure that traffic runs smoothly. Shouting, cursing and taunting at the enforcers isn't going to make the traffic go faster. Nor will shouting get you out of a ticket, hindi na uso ang makuha ka sa sindak these days.

An impound notice is left with a nearby person of authority. If no such person is available, the notice is left next to where the vehicle was parked. But usually a marites will tell you what happened, even before you reach the area where your vehicle had been parked.

The problem with violators ang babastos walang galang sa official kahit si sir bong binabastos. Feeling entitled masyado wala naman alam sa batas trapiko. Kung pwede lang sana wag lang seminar at fine sa kanilang mga nambabastos ng mmda official pwede sana for suspension ng license bawasan natin ang kanser sa pampublikong kalsada. Dadami ng dadami mga kamote na ganyan ndi natututo.

That was their plan, but with their budget being reduced from what they requested, I don't know whether they'll still be able to do it. And remember when I talked about some enforcers having their hours cut back, due to lack of budget? The crazy thing is, an enforcer only has to issue a single ticket to cover his whole salary for the day. Anything beyond that is extra income for the national treasury. But that's the thing that a lot of people don't realize. The penalty payments go to the national treasury. It's not like the MMDA can just use that money.

unattended vehicles will be towed... ticket to the vehicle plate .. meaning you cannot renew your registration if you didnt pay for your violation.. and when it is towed.. you need to pay a heftic amount for they to release your vehicle

syempre ikaw. irrelevant yung pagkapark illegally sa kalye sa pagpupumilit natin makapasok. ikaw pa rin ang gagawa ng desisyon kung itutuloy mo mag-drive or umiwas ng maayos sa isang kalye. sobrang dmaing kups ng mga may-ari ng kotse na walang delikadesang magkaroon ng parking. pero as someone na may DL, dapat may presence of mind pa rin tayo sa kalye. dito sa socorro, quezon city (lugar kung saan kinunan yung ibang bahagi ng video), yung mismong humalili sa dating barangay captain yung mismong sidewalk ginagawang parking at carwash nung van nya.

But in honesty, you would BOTH be charged, One for Illegal parking and the other One for reckless driving. You can NOT damage someone's property without repercussions, it's sad but true.
