Hello from the Netherlands, after 50 years of motorcycling ao Jawa, NSU MAX, Harley WLA 750, Suzuki Intruder 800, Suzuki Intruder 1400, Yamaha Virago 1100, Honda Shadow 600, Harley Sportster 883 and 1200, Harley Frxrs 1988, Harley WLA 750 now after 5 years ago, at the age of 74, a Royal Enfield 350 had been bought, the black one. I fell in love with this all-new model instantly, and what a great bike I've already ridden 1600 kilometers with pleasure and every kilometer is a party. The bike steers very easily every corner can be taken smoothly, everything works great and it looks great, a nice rumble from the exhaust as an extra. Both on the highway and on the back roads no problem at all, oh yes, at my age and after a car accident I can't move my right leg over the passenger backrest, so it was quickly removed. Can highly recommend this motorcycle to anyone who genuinely loves motorcycling, greetings from the Netherlands from Rob

Bought an identical one (one year old) last week. I’m loving it too. I’ve had a lifetime of sports bikes, tourers, trailies and the like, then stopped for a few years. This is my way back into biking, and I can’t see me trading it for anything at the moment. It’s only got 20 bhp, but on the road you’d think it was twice that. It keeps up with traffic on main roads but its real home is on B roads, where it is sublime. I ride everywhere with a massive smile on my face. I wouldn’t choose it to cross Europe in a hurry, but I reckon modest touring with a light load would be easily done. Great review, thank you.

I bought the bike last week, Meteor Stella version. Absolutely superb, everyone should have one in the garage. You are a bit way out on pricing though, they are much cheaper than £4000 on the road. Mine is mid range and cost £3829 out the door. On paper they don't seem worth a second glance but for any doubters go have a road test and no I don't work for Royal Enfield. Great video by the way.👍

Yeah, the Fireball is £3750 OTR and the Stellar £75-100 more and then the Supernova £75-100 more again. These details should be clear, especially if doing a review to potential buyers. Apart from that, I enjoyed the rest of the video and appreciate the effort :-)

Not so good point, 1.Very hard suspension. 2.50mph to me is its best causing speed. 3.If the engine had another 10 bhp it would be a dream, but providing you ride within its capability you will not be disappointed.

I’ve watched a lot of Americans review this bike and they’ve lacked gratefulness for appreciating this bike in its category. This review has kept the category in mind while comparing it and highlighted the good points without constantly comparing it with Harleys and whatnot. This bike is a masterpiece and should be appreciated for how much RE has achieved for the price and segment.

I am from Belgium, have had more than 25 motorcycles, from scooters to +100hp sport touring bikes, touring, scramblers and go on and go on. Just after the first lock down I've sold my Husqvarna vitpilen 401. Beautiful bike but it didn't gave me that smile feeling anymore. No motorcycle from the last 10y gave my that feeling. The feeling that was the reason for many of us to start with motorriding. Last weekend I've tested a Royal Enfield 350. The classic because the meteor wasn't in demo. Well, after the testride, I've founded what I was lost for so many years. The love for riding a motorcycle. This motorcycle talked to me and said. Let go of that stress Wim, I'll bring you where you want to go but we do it my way. There is no need to rush. Never thought this was a bike that could give me that feeling and afterwards I realize that the 20hp of this meteor are not the soul of this bike. If you take a Duke 390 or other 300-400cc they will all have double or at least 50% more horsepower than this but the ride it so smooth on this one. Love the bike and more than probably it will be in my garage soon.

First off great review; natural and full of enthusiasm! Bikes can on paper at least underwhelm but then you actually see one in the flesh, ride it and realise RN have created an utter peach! For the money everyone should have one... Rides great, handles way better than so many other machines at thrice the price and look at it! It’s just a handsome looking thing and built as well as any of the legacy brands and it even has a proper glass headlamp not cheap plastic seen on most new bikes. Definitely going to be a huge hit! Keep it up ✌️🙏

The kill switch / starter is one of my favourite things about this bike. This style of kill switch (minus the starter) was on my original 1976 Honda XR75, and finding an original switch is quite difficult these days. So after 40 odd years of not riding motorbikes, this one in fireball red would make me feel quite nostalgic. I'm tempted. But I'm 6'2" and carrying quite a bit of weight at the moment, so I don't know if it would be suitable for me. I believe RE are going to release a bigger meteor this year with their new 650cc twin, though that one would probably need to be black. I need to start by doing my A2 first. And at 54 going on 55, I'm not too old to start I don't think.
