My Halvarssons Butorp gloves are probably the best waterproof glove I’ve owned. They’re not super thick winter gloves so you still have a decent feel to the control but combined with heated grips I’ve remained warm and dry in sub zero temperatures and torrential rain 👍

I bought my first-ever pair of heated gloves last month as my BMW two-stage heated grips just weren't cutting it...Revit Liberty is very good and not too thick with four-stage heating.

Scaphoid bone is between the base of the thumb and first finger, broke both of mine from a motorcycle accident (oil/diesel spill on a bend) years ago

nothing,NO-THING beats heated gloves and a heated jacket for winter riding.I ride between 18 and 20,000miles a year, since, some years agobuying Keis heated gloves and jacket connected to the bike's battery, they're warmer and more importantly safer, because your energy isn't wasted into trying to keep yourself warm.

Agree 100%… heated jackets etc are the perfect piece of riding gear. Combined with decent waterproofs they allow you to maintain and adjust your temperature to whatever riding conditions you find yourself in. 👍

Even the most waterproof gloves seem to leak, my solution is to have a pair of thermal liner gloves (the type used by skiers) to slip on under the gloves when the Goretex, or proprietry equivelant, can't cope. Works well, keeps me warm and dry. Similar trick to what the pilots in WW2 used to do, wearing silk liner gloves under their flying gauntlets.

For me the answer has been a summer waterproof glove with a heated liner. there is a bit of a faff with the cable but I got used to that very quickly.

I have at least 10 pairs of gloves including multiple heated pairs ... nothing works well and these thick gloves take away a lot of the feeling. My preferred solution: summer gloves in combination with latex garage gloves AND heated grips with wind protection on the handlebars! only the tip of my index and my thumb still feel cold ... even at -8C. Still not ideal but I do have the impression that I have much better control of the handle bar than wearing winter gloves.

Gloves and feet make all the difference. Unless you have heated grips, obviously.

On my winter gloves I eventually cut the visor wiper out of my gloves, stupid idea.
