Tell me how B&B can still have Ridge with Brooke after that. Ridge would be reminded of his daughter’s death every time he looks at Brooke because Rick was her son. And it’s not just this one tragedy. All the destruction Brooke has caused and the dysfunction she and her entire family have caused Stephanie Forrester’s family and B&B has the audacity to make her Ridge’s destiny? Fans don’t believe or respect that!

There wasn't any conclusive evidence, since it was an accident (which Phoebe did cause by grabbing the steering wheel). Also Ridge didn't press charges.

No person that has any brains would keep driving. Before she even touched him she told him to pull over, but he didn't. They are both responsible!
