Totally agree. These two actually look like a married couple. Instead, they made Ridge into a big pansy - he couldn’t decide anything and turned Taylor into a desperate woman. But, he loved, and loves Brooke spontaneously. Taylor HAD...to make peace with that, in the long run. Well, I truly agree with you, but Brooke does have a habit of going after who she can't or shouldn't have. Rick was meant to be the ideal man in the sense that Brooke can't date him, but see how that went. Honestly, it's almost as though Ridge isn't happy that Taylor came back, as it's his rejection of her that more or less sent her down this path of self destruction.

All he has done is made love triangle stories, Brooke Logan getting all the glory on B&B, and changed characters personalities that we once knew in the past to become something horrible. It makes me wonder sometimes, is Bradley Bell trying to destroy the soap program that his father made successful, or is he such a bad executive producer and head writer with no talent?

It was only because Clark knew that Morgan was pregnant that Ridge decided to tell Taylor. She wasn’t the only one that cheated and she left Ridge a letter confessing the night with James which was intercepted by Stephanie. And then she supposedly died in a plane crash. So in actual fact she tried to tell him the truth. I think it’s a bit hypocritical that Ridge was putting standards on Taylor when he cheated on her and she managed to forgive him. It’s funny how Taylor makes one mistake and he can’t forgive her yet Brooke, lied and kept a love letter he’d written to Caroline, lied about being pregnant, interfered with Taylor’s pregnancy with Thomas, then interfered with Taylor’s relationship with Nick, supported Rick’s relationship with Phoebe and Steffy...(the list goes on)... But yet he can’t forgive Taylor for one mistake. If I were Taylor I’d tell Ridge to f#%k off..! He can have Brooke. They deserve each other...

So true. Why couldn’t they have just let Ridge Taylor leave in 2012 when Ronn Moss was leaving anyway? They would’ve left gracefully and as a couple. Instead we have constant and continual dramas between Brooke and Ridge and their kids against each other. It’s so boring. I stopped watching it along time ago but I’ve been catching little glimpses of clips here in there. I’m so glad I didn’t waste any more time watching this rubbish. Post 2002 the show went to crap. They destroyed TRIDGE. They must’ve forgotten the huge fan base around Ridge & Taylor because these days you would’ve have known they ever existed

Because the writing is geared that way. Brad Bell can’t write proper storylines so he repeats the same ones over and over again. And somehow, Brooke and her stupid family always come up winning. Ridge definitely has always loved Brooke more but thought Taylor was the ‘right’ choice and it sure helped she’s used to be drop dead gorgeous but they don’t have the bridge banter. Honestly ridge sucks and it’s jarring to see him and Liam dating/leading two women superior in looks. Brooke, Taylor, Hope, and Steffy are all like insanely stunning and ridge and Liam are straight up average. And then that one Thomas actor they had was like the hottest guy and all the girls ditched him for Liam or Rick. I mean one version of Rick was good looking and I know looks aren’t everything but the hot guy version of Thomas was like the nicest guy.
