This ia a priority for my wife, she loves these :-) Something i imagine we will use all the time, even when the van is parked on the driveway (when we get it, hopefully soon ) she will be cooking in it using the Ridge Monkey :-)

Sounds so familiar. We have a deal where I do all the cooking in Van too 😂 great tip to keep it in the oven. We don’t use ours so makes sense for us to store ours in there. I will never forget that you taught me to cook my favourite Pizza (calzone) in my favourite gadget. We owe you one big time 👍🏻😊 we can Also recommend the Ridgemonkey connect multi purpose pan and griddle 👍🏻

Thank you will definitely check that out as you can never have too many ridge monkeys 😂 We haven't found many places to look at them before you buy but maybe at the NEC or we will have to try fishing shops 🎣 Pizza is great fun in them too, who needs an oven (or one you don't want to ever clean) 😂👍

They are so versatile 😁 we have tried a few different pizza's and the size and shape is key to make it fit. We plan to make some from scratch so will share that hopefully in a video soon 🥰👍

Had a RM for quite a while and use it a lot in the house. A couple of things that would be an improvement though would be the size, I find it slightly too small (I have the XL version) for 2 'normal' slices of bread side by side. The other thing is the magnetic handle holder, if you really load up for a toastie the handles won't hold together, an option, like on the fixed handles, of some sort of clasp, would be ideal. I've actually emailed RidgeMonkey stating this and asking for suggestions. Nice demo though.

Yes we have two plus the pot,my only complaint is they get far too hot and can tend to burn meat especially

Thanks Mike will check out the pot as not seen that before. Yes agree it can be quite fierce on the meat on anything hotter than the minimum setting on our hob, could almost do with a very shallow rack to raise it slightly 👍😁

I like a eggy bread in mine make it firm so if you want to flip it won't run out the sides or just fork it over.

Is it deep enough for a garlic baguette or do you mean a flat bread? Is it wide enough for a round pizza?

Hello - great questions 🥰👍 You can fit a garlic baguette if you break in half, the lid needs pushing down but once closed the magnets hold in place on the handles and you get a good browning on both sides of you turn while cooking. It's not wide enough for a round pizza, we have made home made pizza but usually buy small round pizzas and fold them over like a calzone which makes them easier to cook.
