Dear David farmer you remind me of my dad he had a kind heart he used to help people as much as he could he always used to tell me the Lord has blessed us with many many rental properties in a few pennies in the bank and he would help people a lot too much sometimes but he always said the Lord blessed him and he was there to help others and needed it and God bless you far more for doing what you done

You can feed cable while machine is spinning, you’re suppose to pull a little length of cable out of the machine push down lever then while cable is spinning you push down drain.. same thing for pulling it back run machine and pull cable back let go of lever and push cable back in

I love how people plant bushes beside sewer cleanouts. I've seen them pull the riser and plant right on top. Sometimes a gardner is a Plumbers best friend. Sure would like a cold drink of water out of that hose.

Bent Water haha on a drink out of the hose!! Yes shrubs, trees and sewer pipes don't go together. Thanks for watching and commenting you have a blessed an awesome day

The Days Of David That's a nice machine. I was looking at one but after buying Ridgid Compact2 Camera, K50, Scout Locator and Brick Line Transmitter Ridgid got enough of my money. They did have a Spring Savings type deal but the items you have to buy to get a free item are thousands of dollars. I bought a RodRunner from General Pipe Cleaners it's a Sectional Machine with 11/4 Cable. I believe it has the same size motor but was able to get the machine, cutter bit set and 160' Cable cheaper than the Ridgid machine it'self. I believe my RodRunner was made in Philadelphia by Americans. Enjoy your machine and don't bit your fingernails after using it.

I think my clog is the opposite direction. Under the house. And the drain is not filling . Is that the y ???
@JohnnyDO78 жыл бұрын
Not sure if you do this already, but you can expedite the process by having a second guy feed a cable in through the back side of the whip, and join it from the front of the machine.
@DavidFDay8 жыл бұрын
JohnnyDO7 no I have not done that, this is the third time I've used the machine I'm still learning. Thanks for the info, watching and commenting!!

Never ever ever leave the cable not supported by the machine cable lock when changing cables unless you want to lose 15’ of 1-1/4” cable in the sewer and spend another 4 hours trying to retrieve the cable💁🏽♂️

Well done..like the water running also..clean it nice..keep your cables oiled..a rag & motor oil e specially the ends..more so if you store for periods of time.they make cable oil also if you want to spend the money

How many rental properties do you own. I have a few but I seem to have problems with tenant's not paying on time. Please tell me what do you do if that happens. I live in the state of Indiana and evictions cost 600 bucks and I never seem to get reimbursement from tenant

$600 is cheap. $1200 here in TN but don't ever expect to get money back, I just make sure it goes on their record. All my mistake has been feeling sorry and over looking the credit check. If I just stick to the process, I would not have much issue. credit score and debt to income will solve most problem. I am now willing to go 3 months vacancy to get the good tenants.
@2mikeherzog5 жыл бұрын
@@kochlawnservicesgmailcom I am in Chicago and have used the credit check for about ten years and it helps getting good tenants. 2018 was my worst year so far it took 6 months to get qualified tenants for 1 unit . So stick with the process and wish you all the best.

How much do you charge for something like this
@DavidFDay3 жыл бұрын
I own several rental properties and only do this for myself but the reason i bought my own machine is because plumbers were charging me $250-$300 each time i would call them and i might have to wait a day or so for them to get to me. This machine has paid for itself in money and time it has saved me. Thanks for commenting

I watched your first vid when u bought the machine and it was very helpful. Did u end up buying the smaller H attachment? Do you find that the H attachment works better on fine roots than the attachment that has teeth on it?

Out in California they got a thing called renters rights and they can take you to court and get 30 days then take you to court again and get up to another 30 days I think they could get up to 90 days total to for them to try to find a place to move especially if they have little children it's difficult
@johnpoopoopants96236 жыл бұрын
Kentucky seems to be one of the easiest place to evict the tenant you can have a tenant evicted out no matter what within 3 days buy a sheriff they give them an eviction notice and they have three days to move if they don't pay their bill they're

Try evicting somebody out in California sometimes it's cheaper just to pay your own tenant 12 to $1,500 cash money to move out because it'll cost you anywhere from 25 to $3,000 to evict a tenant with children my father has paid tenants up to $1,500 cash money just to get it out of our property man

I am a self employed Plumber and have 3 K-1500 machines starting from 2001, 2008 & I just got another one November 2019. They can be difficult going through tight bends but if you have a straight shot to the roots with the right cutter you will get through them. @jayarnold57274 жыл бұрын
How do you use a 6in cutter in a 4in sewer?
@drainmonkeys3854 жыл бұрын
@Moon Wolfe lol. They fit... I do it daily... in fact I just finished one 10 minutes ago..... a pear shaped blade squeezes down to fit inside the pipe and then it wants to spring back and the blade rides on the inside walls of the pipe
@drainmonkeys3854 жыл бұрын
@@jayarnold5727 easy... blades have some flexibility.. a pear shape blade will squeeze down and spring back into shape... you simply squeeze the blades closed stick in the pipe and the two sides of the blade ride the walls of the pipe.... I do it daily. Often 3-4 sewer jobs a day
@jayarnold57274 жыл бұрын
The machine I was referring to is a Ridged flex shaft,the flex shaft allows the operator to insert a camera with the flex shaft machine running,it also alows you to visually monitor progress in one simple step. I get it you're a drum machine guy ,I like sectional machines myself. I too have used a c cutter blade the way you described ,to each his own I guess.I knew Chuck had a flex shaft that's why I suggested it.
