Ridgeway Grandfather model 205 stopped ticking. When I try to start it with the pendoline it swings back and forth but will not start the clock. Anyone know whats wrong with it?

It probably needs cleaning and oiling.

For future readers' reference, the most likely cause of a clock no longer running is a broken suspension spring. Find a local clock technician or maker. It should not be an expensive repair.
