I commend you on your patience with the kids. Excellent parenting skills by keeping the kids involved with what you are doing and allowing them to help at a level that they can achieve. You're teaching them about the safe way to do things and that clean up afterwards is also part of the job. It took me until I became a grandfather to learn that I had to slow down and teach rather than take over to get the job done faster.

Oh you have good brakes when you have a blade. You may have to fill in a rut. But if you drop that blade, it will stop. I dropped a chisel plow in the middle of a county road one time because I rounded a curve and there was a car in the middle of the road. I plowed up about 10 feet of asphalt, but I stopped.

Awesome video seeing rylie pull his little brother's bull rope was cool him helping his little brothers all the time is priceless to watch and they will have these video's to look back on to see how much rylie helped them threw out the years .I also liked ridgys rock idea for a quick fix to the steering..

That the way my boy's started there careers. Both boy's helped with the trucks and logging equipment when they were that age. Are oldest son is 28 and is a ticked heavy duty mechanic owns his own business and is very busy. The younger son is a lube teck at the coal mine here close to town. Thats the best learning them boy's can get . The farm life is the best way to learn . Awesome job guy's

Your old semi truck might have the adjustable drag link you need to fix the grader. the other socket must have fallen out of the ball and socket , one ball and two sockets and adjusted by the screw in the outer end

Had no way to know but wondered about unscrewing the end and sliding a slug into the end to fit the pitman ball.

Whenever welding tie rods or ball joints you have to be very very careful they will explode with massive force if there is grease in them

How long of a warranty period comes with they welding repair? That welding reminds me of a silver back. Big strong but ugly as all get out lol. Them boys will be out doing you before you know it. They are very interested in everything you do and everything else around the ranch. This is what great memories are made of, they will never forget the time you and them welded on the grader. That truck you got One on the left is a compression release That's for starting a truck when it's cold The alarm down in front of you that's the show low air when your air gets build up push it back up to the right and it should stay that old truck is a either 262 or a 280 it's a great truck

He instilled the Ritual of greasing the equipment. When my Big Trucks steering got a little Sticky, I would Grease the 5th Wheel, Voila. My boys are in thier 50's now but they loved the Ranch Life as did I. Your taking good care of Roxy and the Boy's, Moma too. Stay well and Prosper. A little ingenuity, a piece of steel and a welder, not a whole lot more needed to make things work. Maybe get a body mount for the camera when Ridgey is filming, it might not move around quite so crazily.
