As of now, the National Parks are still holding to the original suit and not the appeal. I will check that each day to determine if they have changed the laws. As long as this is still suspended and awaiting the finalization of the appeal I will keep doing the videos in light that the overrule is not yet applied.

I have to process this more. I have to get past 1st Amendment, all the salaries paid to public servants with tax dollars are being limited. We're did the "Our" go?...I get "our" elected officials don't work for US any more but when does the insanity end...too much before my 1st cup of coffee. I like all your channels and think they're great. I'm not American so I can't say anything about the restrictions you describe. However, as you travel around maybe you can modify your Tux Travel video's so they don't involve park lands. Perhaps visit major city attractions for example, or small town or villages that are off the main travel routes. Just saying.

Maybe you could do more videos of the kitties until that becomes illegal or dashcam content put the audio from your videos and some still shots and some video of the kitties so people don't get bored. can you use the audio of your hikes or is that illegal to? If you invest more time in your other channels youtube will probably ban you from your main channel.

BLM should be fine, other federal reserve land, maybe...I need to research that. BLM is generally good because it is co-owned with the Fed and State
