Boring I don’t think so, monotonous perhaps as the scenery changes very little. I wanted to know which GPS device were you using? Garmin? If yes, which model? Does it have a good map for directions/ re routing? Great video by the way. I’m gong to Dubai in a month’s time so I will try to give it a go.

Thank you for your feedback, at the time I was using my Wahoo Roam, however recently switched to Garmin Edge 1030 Plus as the Wahoo Roam gave me issues on my ultra endurance rides you can watch here kzbin.info/www/bejne/iWPQq4mZZdGjnK8 and for route planning I use Komoot.

Not a problem, glad I could help just make sure you turn left from the starting point instead of right because I got plenty of headwind by going right or maybe it was one of those days for me!!

I did it some days ago. Ok, maybe someone can say that's boring, but I was alone in nowhere... Animals, wind, loneliness... I made a mistake on my ride, and i closed 67km loops instead 86, but it was a great experience. 2h 20m of great amusement!

Looks like no one told you to take a left from behind the cafe (the starting point). That's the reason why you ran out of water....you crossed the mosque at start of your ride. The desert is a beautiful place...I cant get enough of it. Have ridden the track more than a 100 times.

@@123abhinand yep I turned right anyway for me it’s a different experience riding in the desert, it does get boring for me, I enjoy riding in beautiful landscapes and countryside in the UK and other nice destinations around the world.

75km in one go, shorter loop - the longer loop is 86km.

AED 168 per day for a Domane AL 2, Trek Series 1 road bike, price as of Mar-22, best is to call the Trek Al Qudra store for the latest. I have included the details/ link of the rental store under the description of the video, hope that helps.
