Riding my Bike 100km in the BILLIONAIRE'S Playground!

I have taken my bike to DUBAI and this time I have rode around a specifically made bike track called Al-Qudra with my good mate Tom! This track is out in the desert and it’s over 80km long! I’m also going to show you where we are staying in Dubai and even challenge Tom to a table tennis match! 😝

is the ride flat and wind-free? would love to take the track bike there and get some hard KMs in. doesn't look like there is much scenery but just means pain cave is reached sooner

Pretty much pan flat apart from the odd rolling part, I gained 220 meters in 83k. As for wind it was quite strong so I planned my loop so had head wind out and help coming back. People saying it’s boring with no scenery etc are missing the point that it’s a completely traffic free perfectly laid cycle track nothing like we have anywhere here in the UK, I loved it! 🇦🇪😎🚴🏼‍♂️

I find the Garmin sleep score to be poor. Mine doesn't track my sleep and wake up times well at all. It was still tracking me asleep 20 mins after I had woken up, 5 mins of which I was up and walking around the house. Makes me question other readings such as HRV.
