The announcements on Hype "the launch is intense" cracked me up the first time I went cause I was like no it's not it's a skyrocket 2 😂 Taiga has no warning and that one actually jolts you when you roll out the station

That tornado. It is ULTIMATE favorite of mine. Me and my brother went like 3 or 4 times a row there, when there was not any queues 🤣 and the operator opened the harness asked: again? Yes. Alright, close it down

Särkänniemi just started dismantling Trombi and the steel is being recycled to be used in other buildings, so seems like no one bought the coaster.

I think you missed the second water ride called Koskiseikkailu. It's located behind the observation tower, pretty far from any other ride.

@@CoasterDash It was confirmed on the news yesterday morning that the parts are being recycled and apparently there's 220 tonnes worth of recyclable steel on the coaster, so seems like nobody wanted it.

Great video! Looked like a fun park! Yeah this was the first Vlog ive ever seen of this park! Tornado looked fun! It would be nice if they got one more good coaster there. I really enjoyed watching this! Im really looking forward to the PowerPark Vlog and seeing what you think of Junker and the other roller coasters and attractions there! I like the setting of this park too! Reminds me of Kolmarden zoos setting, which i think is my favorite setting at a park ive ever seen.

Tornado's first drop in the backseat is the best drop I've experienced. It's scary everytime and I love it!❤ I actually loved Trombi, it really felt like you were gonna die :D it was forceful but I really like getting thrown around! They actually just confirmed that something over 30m (100ft) is gonna replace Trombi but no one knows if it's a coaster. The Särkänniemi are as a whole is gonna have a big renovation so we need to just wait and see! So amazing how you're enjoying the rides so much!! Sadly for me, most rides don't do anything anymore :( For example, in MotoGee, the launch is the only thing that really feels like something. Damn I wish I was a kid again.

Särkänniemi had a good selection of Pinball machines this summer. I think the arcade was a good addition to the park!

It is a bit sad that the park can't expand much due to noise complaints from neighbouring residents. They can't build anything big in the section with the river rapids, even though they have room there. Most ridiculous thing is that the park predates the buildings around it, so someone had the bright idea of building residential buildings right next to a noisy theme park, then some genius went and bought those apartments, and to top it all off they complain about the noise... What were they expecting???

Always with this everywhere! In the UK people are constantly buying apartments next to pubs that have been there for 200+ years and then complaining that there are noisy drunk people coming out of the pub. Just don't buy the apartment then? There should be a law.

I would barely put Tornado at Parque de Atracciones in 3, under that park's Mauer coasters. Maybe they thought a Sky Rocket II would be like Abismo and I'm sure for people who aren't familiar with the Sky Rocket II or Sky loop will get that kind of factor with the hangtime, but if you are familiar its just mid

The reason for this announcements is that finland doesnt have many launch coasters so 80% of the people who go on these have never been on one.

there are rumours that the halfpipe was removed because it was too loud and too close to some houses so the people that lived there complained multiple times so they removed it :)

I remember going to see delfins there as a kid but it is closed now. Next to it is koskiseikkailu (rapids adventure?) Ride (a bit similiar than in Linnanmäki) whivh I remember being fun too.

in 2002 there was this show that was filmed at särkänniemi and they had among other things tornado endurance challenge and there were 8 people who did 3 days (not 24/7 but 3 days anyway) and the winner was then selected by popular vote

That "Trombi" coaster was just in our local news in here Tampere, that is going to be disassembled and it will recycled. 220tons (kilograms) of steel for new use. In 2026 there will be something new coming to replace that...

Trombi was a waste of space. I remember that there were long queues when it opened but it was very unpopular. It was just an unpleasant experience that you wouldn't want to do again.

I don't think the tower is on the cheapest wristband been a couple of years since i ve been there but its wasn't an expensive upgrade might even be on the one i wanted to have anyway. Tornado was a very pleasant suprise i did have the displaesure of doing the voltaire and its a shame they got rid of waverider it was on such a nice location. The farm park side was also kind of cute and while the ride side of the park wan't well themed its on such a lovely location that i didn't really care (and i had beautifull weather).

He said it was August in the video, so most likely school was either right about to start or had already started and holiday season is over, so especially with the suboptimal weather it's no surprise it was quiet. They do get real queues in june and july.
