That 20-minute break outside of Helsinki is at the car carrier station. They attach few wagons with cars to the train. Yeah, you can actually travel with your car on these overnight trains.

"most of the water you can drink from the tap", welll, ALL of the water from any tap is fully drinkable. The train wash basin might be the only place that you might not want to drink it, but even that usually is well maintained and in reality, is drinkable too. And yes, when you measure the water in a lab, Evian has 2500 units of bacteria, with a great brand, but the tap water (and 99.9% of the lakes) have that count 17. So, well branded fancy water, but the tap water is a lot better.

And if you still are in Lapland, you can also drive to Norway and Nordkap over there. They claim "it is the most northern part of continental Europe", but: you go there and you see it really is on an island, and you see that in the west, there is a low peninsula going a bit more north. That is common thing that the trains just stops in the middle of nowhere. Usually it means that other train is coming from other direction and your train waits it on a sidetrack. We once went from Kokkola (200km south from Oulu) to Utsjoki at summer -89 with my sister and mom. From there we went over the border to Norway and came back to Enontekiö Finland. I was eight years old at the time and i hade my most loved teddybear with me. Well even before we got to Oulu, half of the stiching from my teddybears neck broke and his head was half off. We had to buy needle and string to fix my teddybear. I still have it and these days my kids playes with him. He is 35 years old already.
