On the o7, you need to remove the spacer in the forks. Also add thicker oil and it will stiffen the suspension

I think they only fixed the suspension on the MT series with the newest generation models. I remember when I was looking for a naked and was watching the reviews. Everyone was saying that all the models of the MT felt super unsettled in corners. It was a let down because the triple they put in the 9 was a gem and I really loved the sound.

Unsettled is kinda the wrong word. It’s just super soft out the gate, I have a 1st gen fz09 (2015) and put zx10r rear shocks on it and rebuilt the front struts and it’s absolutely fucking amazing now. It’s way more confidence inspiring. Not that I ride like a crackhead anyways but I love what it is now. It’s definitely better. But even stock it was a rocket, you just couldn’t get a whole lot of feedback from the chassis in the corner and it didn’t really inspire you to push it.

If Adobo if you're reading this I'm thinking about getting MT - 15 for riding in city streets and thats what I could afford as a college students. My question is when should I switch to fully synthetic engine oil in that bike after 5,000km or after 1st service because using mineral oil in the bike for 1st 1000kms and not exceed the speed of 40kmphs and not exceed over 6k rpm since the pistons are going to need to get used to the engine and the oil to fully coat the engine from inside. SO WHEN SHOULD I SWTICH TO FULLY SYNTHETIC ??? I've already decided which oil im going to use Liqui Moly 10W-50 Street Race 4t Fully Synthetic.

If your shoulder hurts after hitting the gym it could be from a pec deck or pec fly machine. Be careful because you could injure your bicep tendon. Recovery for that takes forever and it’s never the same. I know from experience.
