I've said how many times, it's not about speed it's about enjoying the ride on a bike that you love just like your 500 Royal Enfield classic. I'd love one or the 350 ! Lovely video my best wishes to you from the Philippines ❤️💪👍😉😀😁🏁🏍️🛺🐑🐑🏴

Well, I really appreciate your videos, especially now, when you tell us one of the purposes. I was diagnosed with cancer in the early spring, and for all the best days of the year for biking, I was tied to the bed on painkillers, due to radiation treatment. I spent hours a day watching bike channels, yours, that bloke on a motorbike's, fuzzy bikers and many more. I am now slowly returning to the bike, but all of your videos kept the spirit up...

@user-zo6uo5mg2h Thankyou so much. I hope and pray that you make a swift recovery and get out again on your bike. Comments like yours make me realize that life should not be taken with a pinch of salt, It is not guaranteed to be problem free. Wishing you all the very best. VB

Great video of your ride out, isn’t it weird how we don’t frequent a place even so close to home, I on the other hand have one road in and out of south Kintyre and but a handful of turn offs along it so have covered them all regularly, however there are still wonderful nooks and crannies to be discovered after 36 years 👏👍👌

I've just fitted a Fuel X Lite to my Classic 500 mate. Well worth doing as it richens the fuel/air mixture, as you've indicated and will cool things down a bit. An easy install once you get the tank off.

Lovely ride and a nice video. I took my old AJS out for a short test run this morning, in the sun. After the stupid breakdown I had last weekend (my own fault) and the way my back is aching today, we didn't go very far, only about 5 miles. Plus, I'm chasing an intermittent misfire but at least I got to check that the engine was now running normally, even if I haven't completely sorted the misfire.

Very nice video , as ever. Your Videos take people to places they don't even know exist. The large crane in the middle of the screen at 10:36 was a fairly recent addition to lift and load propellers for offshore wind generators. The road you appear to be on from Mistly to Ramsey twists and turns and is not for the feint hearted or those who wish to rush about.

The 500 is looking very good !,I love that exhaust note,I saw for the first time in the flesh the Meteor 650 at the Cable bike meet yesterday it looked pretty good imo , I don't think I've seen so many interceptors before in one place, (new 650s,not the 750),. You literally did get your fingers burnt by Black and Decker VB! good tip on the sale with the Dremel I'll check if the deal is on in this neck of the woods.Great video,thanks!

Is it an aging thing? Very funny regarding the drill. Just about right for me anyway, I'd have done the same, I'd have given up when the drill caught fire and gone out on the bike although some would say, it's not like him to give in. Not the case anymore those days are gone. Keep up with the videos always enjoy a good chewing over.

Grand ride out , I'll be watching it again during the long Canadian winter . Talking about bunkers , I expect the govt is digging some new ones , if they've sold all the old ones . Royal Enfields used to be made underground . I worked underground for a few years and hated every minute of it . I can't fathom wanting to live there . The fresh air and freedom of the road is a tonic like no other. Ride on Mr Brown .

@dungspreader The advantage of living in a cold war underground bunker is that you don't get hassled by double glazing salesmen!

@Volcanicbrown18783 ай бұрын
@dozerblade If they are modern, I use E5 but the old cast iron Bullets will run on anything that will run through a straw! so they get E10!

@Volcanicbrown1878 I meant the brand 'Dremel' rotary machine I got one in a kit with a gas torch & engraver & had good use from it.. You said you got another better one to do the job,be able to knock a few casings out on next wet day.
@zedcharlie I think they are. Good to look at and enough minerals in the engine to back up what the bike is saying!

Typical, sympathy for your disabled viewers but you take up their parking space! 😡 Only joking! I think there are people who’ll tell you off for that but if you don’t leave your bike and go away and can move it if need be it’s fine in my eyes! Like parking on double yellows opposite a post box to post a letter! I was told off for that and the whole operation took two minutes! In fact I was kept longer for the busy body! 🙄🤣
@daviddavies53473 ай бұрын
Actually you inspired me to give the Enfield a polish. I’m in the middle of changing the sprocket, as mentioned by yourself, but need a 46mm sprocket to finish! I looked at the cases and thought, I should polish these! 🤣
