Ooh that balloon at Disney Springs made my tummy turn over. I did the one at Disneyland Paris 15 years ago & didn’t realise until I went on it that I was afraid of heights! I literally froze & my legs were like Jelly. My mum loved it & so did my daughter, both trying to get me to look but no way would I open my eyes until we were back down. It’s so strange cos I love rollercoasters & flying! Thanks for the tip at typhoon lagoon, we’ll be checking that out next year 😃

$20 for a balloon ride? That's not bad. Thought it would be a lot more. I'll be there at the end of this month and hope to take the balloon ride.

I would think riding the hot air balloon would be a great deal of fun. Heights have never particularly bothered me, so I don’t think I would have any problem. And the view indeed looks spectacular!

I've wanted to do this, but the wife refuses to go up in it. The shark reef pool was really cool when it was there (and where you were sitting at Typhoon Lagoon) - but the water WAS freezing.

Never been up in the balloon , what a nice view at the top. E of S , we have been there a few times they do a decent Turkey club so much filling. Xmas bauble not included lol
