Epic ride along. I only managed half way on the mighty 3 speed due to poor gear selection. I need to re gear and do it all. Rollercoaster is epic on a full rigid 3 speed. Great video 👍

Really want to do the black sections done the follow the dog a few times and monkey trial once - lots of ascents! Are the black sections that hard? The first one looks ok but not sure about the second one?

They are not that bad, It might be worth having a look before you give it a go just to pick your line👍 Good luck 🤙

Climbs on this look V hard without an Ebike

They aren't to bad .... I have done it on a regular bike when I was of average fitness and they were tough but doable 👍

They are as there are a lot of them, I consider myself to be fit and it was challenging some of the road sections are long then you have another ascent! But it’s worth it for the downhill sections

The black sections on this course are certainly not for the faint hearted, completed them a few times over the years. Never again 😂

Haha.... yeah you need to prepared, not recommended to hit them blind, like I did. Definitely worth a go though! 😁🤙
