I took lessons for 2 summers and I plan on going back to them.I have quite a habit of nee pinch when I’m trotting,I just can’t stretch my legs down and relax.Any tips? Also new sub I feel like the vid is going to help when I go back to lesson❤

I would try sitting trot, and things like that are just mental things that you have to remember. I would also recommend putting your weight on the big toe side of your foot. That way your whole leg would be against the horses’ body. If that doesn’t work then come back 😊
