One thing I would like to point out. You need to be careful about piecing together that OSB paneling on the outside of the walls, because one of the benefits is the added shear strength, which is lost with the more seams there are.

Great to see your progress. House is looking fantastic. When you guys do the solar shed, it would be great to see that in more detail, especially how you connect in the generator. There seems to be several methods out there, but most are grid tied connections. There is not much on best practices for Off-Grid generator hookup methods for only charging the batteries.
