What were the copyright claims for...? Try to use the “Fair Use” disclaimer at the beginning of your videos, you CAN use other KZbinr’s videos for some purposes contained within the law... 🤔 After spending over $100.00 on materials for this video I’d hate to see it get demonitized for a preventable reason...

MarielFigueroa yeah. That ehat caught my attention. Its so sad imagine the hardwork david that david gave
@brianseem6 жыл бұрын
If I was guessing it was probably buzzfeed that claimed them. That’s the sort of shit they would do. And the fair use disclaimer is pointless. It doesn’t protect you from anything or mean anything. Fair use is a really weird concept as far as copyright law goes and is really hard to pin down. I’m pretty sure there is a dispute process, but in general my understanding is that it’s tilted towards the person who makes the claim, not the channel, and are often not worth the hassle to fight to get an old video monetized.

@brianseem6 жыл бұрын
Nonea350 it wasn’t KZbin. Those were copyright claims. That was someone saying “this is my content, he can’t make money off this.” KZbin basically has to act or risk their own business. It’s part of why the copyright system is totally broken. He just lost money and now is forced to prove his innocence, as opposed to the people who are claiming it as theirs having to prove that he hurt them or misused their IP.

When receiving a copyright notice, they indicate in the email the claimant and the copyrighted content in the video. The first thing you should do is dig some details about the claimant and the copyrighted content. There are cases that the claimant would just strike a content creator for no apparent reason and there are cases where the claimant is fake. If you feel like the copyright strike was given to you by mistake, feel free to ask the claimaint via email what content or part of the video they saw the copyrighted content. Again, if you feel like it wasn't even related or near the copyrighted content, politely ask the claimant to review and remove the copyright strike. You can also file an appeal through KZbin but this should be your last resort as some claimants are really strict with copyright. They would file a termination notice through KZbin to terminate your account just to shut you up. I hope this helps with your copyright concern David.

Hey David, a tip to get a better roll from the sponge is to cover it with a damp kitchen towel and roll it tightly as soon as it comes out of the oven, then leave it to cool completely. Un-roll it, fill it, and then rolling it up will be a lot easier because the sponge will maintain the shape! ❤️ P.S - I'm so pissed that YT demonetized SO many of your videos ffs. Very late but in terms of having issues with rolling the cake; pre-rolling it before it cools completely is a way to make rolling it easier. Basically lay out a piece of baking paper on top of the cake after it has cooled slightly, then gently roll up the cake with the baking paper, let it sit for a minute or so, then gently roll it back out flat and let it cool completely.

And- when doing a rolled cake, you MUST roll it while it’s hot with a towel and leave to cool rolled up, then fill it, or you get the sandwich cake thing he got this time and it cracks. Stores stock based on the population around them. If there aren't a lot of different races in the surrounding area, they won't stock things that won't sell. ... granted, David does live upstate, therefore he could have driven down to the city for all these items. Hi David, for the udon, the meat udon is usually plated this way: first the noodles, then some of the beef/onion mix, then pour all the soup over the beef mixture and into the bowl. This is usually how its done because the beef/onion mix is supposed to be a sweeter and it helps add flavour to a slightly more bland soup. Also, the beef slices may have been a little too thick. What you could try is look for beef in asian marts that are labeled to be for steamboat, shabu-shabu, or sukiyaki, the thinness if similar to that of ham, close to paper thin. If you can only get a block of meat, it's best to get it close to frozen before you slice it. As for the udon, I really recommend the Sanuki brand frozen udon, it tastes almost as good as fresh udon:) The measurements were right though, it was definitely 2 tablespoons each of the mirin, sugar and sake:) - but you can always cut down on the sugar because mirin is already sweet :3

Shit those copyright claims tho 😯 also, where are you from? You don't have Asian markets nearby? That's a sad, sad life 😅

For the roll cake, you need to pre roll the cake while it's still hot in a tea towel dusted with powdered sugar to prevent sticking. Then you let it cool completely, unroll, fill, then roll again. Rolling it while hot and then cooling allows the cake to keep its shape and not crack

I HIGHLY approve of your use of the song delight by jamie berry. It has been my jam for so long and I thought I was the only one who knew about it.

Bro, why do you upload so late? I live in the same time zone as you and it’s like 10:30 right now!! 🤣 Edit: I don’t think 10:30 is that late but it is a little late for YT uploads, just an opinion!
@floriaji25744 жыл бұрын
Hope this video didnt get demonetized. All the ingredients are overpriced on Amazon. If you need any Asian groceries, just go to Chinatown or any Chinese/ Asian grocery store, you will be able to find most of them.

DOES THIS LOOK LIKE TÍMPANO TO YOU DAVID? WELL IT DOESNT TO ME

Caroline Chen seriously. Just stop being so damn rude! He clearly doesn’t want to make the timpano or is waiting to make it. Stop acting like a bratty toddler wanting something and just appreciate what he has made and spent time doing

@@belle5653 Hey, sorry if this was really offensive to everyone else. I know that the timpano thing started as a joke but what got me is how people are now making this serious. And for a fact I do appreciate his videos by doing everything I could to promote him. Also, earlier, i didnt know about the timpano being his "300,000" subscriber celebration thing so I apologize.

I’ve made the cake roll recipe before. You need to roll it while it’s still warm and then let it cool rolled up. Gently unroll it and put the inside stuff in.
