Great review - thanks for posting! May I ask, what camera / setup do you use for this POV style of shooting?

I see the typical $$$ comments. This isn't a startup, R&M and others charge this much and people buy them. This is good, the best tech, and innovations cost money. Eventually it filters down to bikes half the price and below.
@jamessummersjr3311 Жыл бұрын
Not only that, but people forget that cars cost thousands of dollars per year to operate. Bikes need only bike maintenance, which is cheap. You could buy a new one every year for the cost of the average car ownership per year.

Is this the first front loader you have reviewed?

I would have had the box in the back with two wheels in the back plus battery assisted

That sounds almost like delta trike! Here's a list of the models I've covered over the years. Maybe there's one that fits your vision... electricbikereview.com/category/delta/ the RadBurro was pretty awesome :D

Riese and Muller are expensive. Its German, you pay for quality. The one I like in the Riese and Muller was 5,000 british pounds. I thought that was expensive. You can be sure if you buy German you get quality.

All e cargo front loader bikes start at 5 grand. So it's inline with the rest.

@@lizvickers7156Granted it’s good quality but there’s a point where you reach diminishing returns.

Yeah, it's like a car replacement. Very durable, great drive system, batteries that are easy to replace and don't expire as easily or quickly as some of the competition. There's probably a brand element too, but they are definitely at the top in terms of quality, performance, and support.

@@ElectricBikeReview I think you're forgetting that these things wear out considerably faster than a car would. The spokes have to be adjusted annually. the chain has to be replaced annually. the rear sprockets I've replaced three in one year before on my e-bike. I've also had to replace the brakes after 1 year too. If you're not doing your own maintenance it's expensive. Not to mention you can't REALLY ride in winter... The timelines I gave above are based on commuting to work 20km 1 way 7 on 7 off in Calgary. 5-15⁰ in the morning.

Nobody’s stepping on that charge port, homie. Cmon. I really wish you would approach the sadpower reviews with that amount of pickiness. Those bikes are trash and you always talk about them like they’re the best thing going.

The pricing is mad, nothing about this justifies the price other than the bikes being put together inefficiently by hand instead of using a proper production queue.

The engineering is just so solid, and the price isn't actually that much more than than Urban Arrow or similar bikes. And people who have written both have said the R&M feels a little bit more comfy.
@jimothy632 Жыл бұрын
This price is super appropriate for how high quality the bike is and how much it can do. You all are just used to all the shitty Alibaba bikes that he reviews all the time. Grow up.
