Finally, a great guitar player that's giving Mick Mars credit for being a influence. So many of us learned how to play learning early Motley songs.
@HaXaW51504 жыл бұрын
@ May be that's true in the skill area, but Mick is far more Iconic. Therefore I would dare say Mick is better off than Traci, but I grew up listening to both and I'm glad to say both were a influence and I am better off as a player because of them.
4 жыл бұрын
@@HaXaW5150 I grew up listening to and learning from thrash metal guitarists, so neither were an influence on me at all - I was just pointing out that Tracii is technically better and has more chops. Mick has always been a simplistic bluesy player who couldn't shred like most 80's guitarists could.

Always liked his playing. Out of all the 80’s era acts, their latest couple of albums really stand out compared to others. Funny story, when Pantera was touring Reinventing the steel I had a kid offer me a 100 bucks for my ticket on my way into the show. I declined. It was Pantera and Dime! Gotta see that right? Well Pantera absolutely sucked that night. I was really wishing I’d taken that 100 bucks. As it turns out LA Guns was playing in a bar called Midnight Rodeo that same night. They held their show up until after Pantera was over and somebody outside the venue was offering free entry to Guns with a Pantera ticket stub. We went, LA Guns totally slayed onstage that night. They were 100 times better, more energetic and just damn good rock show.
