I used to pop pills like crazy but when my stash would start getting low or I knew itd be hard for me to get more of slowly take lower doses till I stopped. Did the same with coke and ice. I dont do any of it anymore. I think the only reason I did was because i was bored. Except for pills, I did pills because after a wreck I was In the hospital pumped me full of all kinds of meds and then tossed me out on my ass.

I'd say it was very helpful for me and is helpful in the same way with many drug addicts I know that have been helped off heroin because substances like iboga and dmt help if not totally eliminate withdraw symptoms which cripple the user unless they give in and get more. Its so sad to watch your friends kill themselves. and for them to smoke dmt twice and stop as a result. That is helpful.
